(Requesting User Account)
 "Account is Sensitive
 & Cannot Be Delegated" must not be selected.		 (SQL Server Service User Account)  "Account is Trusted for Delegation" must be selected.

And, this server must have an SPN.		 (SQL Server Computer Account)
 "Trust Computer for Delegation" must be selected.

The account must be running TCP/IP or Named Pipes.
