Step 1,
Get Database Properties

Note: This example uses three instances
on one machine,
which is why all three Mirroring ports are different

Step 2,
Mirroring page of Database properties,
then click on "Configure Security..." button
to get to Step 3

Wizard

Include Witness Server,
Yes/No?

Choose Servers to Configure

Configure Principal Instance

Configure Mirror Instance

Validate Identity to Mirror Instance

Configure Witness Instance

Validate Identity to Witness Instance

Service Account Selection
(Notice the "Leave blank..." text)

Complete the Wizard page

Notice, three different ports are used, but only because all three mirroring instances were on the same machine in this scenario!
