Step 1, Double click on SQL Setup.exe.
(SQL install will detect absence of required components.)

Step 2, Notification that component upgrade is required.

Step 3a, the .NET 3.51 SP1 Framework install.

Step 3b, the .NET 3.51 SP1 Framework install completed.

Step 4a, the Software Update Installation Wizard (a Hotfix).

Step 4b, the Software Update Installation Wizard License Agreement.

Step 4c, the Software Update Installation - completion.

Step 5, reboot required.
